The shape and size of the memorial is all important and probably the best thing to choose first.


It is most important that you are choosing a design that will be acceptable to the authority governing the place of burial. There may be rules and regulations restricting the type, size or material to be used in a particular Cemetery, Churchyard or Burial Ground. It is wise to check with us if you are in any doubt.


There are so many designs it can be very difficult to choose. Perhaps having a closer look at the memorials already in the area of the grave on which a new  memorial is to be placed will help give an idea of what would look nice to you. You may wish to have something similar to those already there, or of course, avoid choosing one the same as that  already there.
